Terms of service for d11 India.
The terms of service set the rules of the road: eligibility, account, deposits, withdrawals, prohibited conduct and the responsible-use close. The desk reproduces the staged language and refuses to invent a license number.
Eligibility
The d11 India lobby is for adults in jurisdictions where the games are permitted. Readers under 18 are not eligible; readers in jurisdictions where the game is prohibited are not eligible. The desk marks eligibility as the first rule.
Account
One account per player; KYC verification gates withdrawals.
Each player may operate one account on d11 India. Identity verification (KYC) gates the first withdrawal; the verification language lives inside the d11 India app under Settings → Verification. Account deletion is described on /delete-account/.
Deposits and withdrawals
Wallet lives inside the lobby.
Deposits and withdrawals settle inside the d11 India app under Wallet. The desk does not publish a per-method settlement window. KYC verification is required for the first withdrawal. See /wallet-kyc/ for the verification language.
Prohibited conduct
Three categories the desk calls out:
- Multiple-account abuse and bonus fraud.
- Collusion and chip-dumping.
- Use of automated bots or scripts on the d11 India app or the public site.
The desk does not paste a full prohibited-conduct list; the in-app terms include it.
Responsible use
Real-money gaming is not an investment.
Real-money gaming does not guarantee a return. Readers should treat every deposit as entertainment spend, not capital. See /responsible-use/ for the full note.
What the desk will not invent on the terms
Three categories.
License numbers
The desk refuses to paste a license number the staged dataset marks verification pending.
Dispute resolution
The desk reproduces the staged dispute resolution language; it does not paste a binding-arbitration clause that the dataset does not contain.
Settlement windows
The desk refuses to paste a settlement window the dataset does not contain.
Reading the terms alongside privacy and cookies
Three formal surfaces.
Reading the terms on mobile
A short design note.
On mobile, the terms collapse the 3-column tile bar to a single column. The order remains sidebar-led cover, the tile bar, the verification-language closer.
Three terms mistakes the desk sees
A short reader's guide.
Skipping the responsible-use note
The responsible-use note is the editorial close of every session.
Reading license claims as truth
The desk refuses to paste a license claim.
Comparing operators
Terms are operator-specific.
One verified PLAY NOW path
The terms are the rule book; the lobby is the room.
